Hours of Operation
NetAuthority offers a two-tier support program:
- Standard Support — Standard support is available 8:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m., U.S. local time, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Premium Support — Premium support is 7x24x365. Customers have access to support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
